Recruitment for APO occurs twice a year: the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters. During this time, potential new members have the opportunity to attend information sessions where they can participate in a service event, fellowship event, leadership event and more. After attending these information meetings, potential members are inducted into APO as pledges. By the end of the semester, pledges who have completed their service hours, fellowship points, leadership points, paid their dues and attended all chapter sessions are activated as members of Alpha Phi Omega!
